Chick-fil-A…three takeaways from a Grand Opening event

Published on May 4th, 2012

I recently had the privilege of participating in a Chick-fil-A grand opening event.  It was truly remarkable!  It was an inspiring night, and I found myself writing like mad on the back of my program.  I was taking as many notes as I could to remember the experience.  It surprised me…in a really good way.
